What's It Like To Play Fatal1ty?

I've never ever reached a standard in a game where I would consider myself one of the World's best.  I got very good at Age Of Empires II, but only after the best players had moved onto the Conquerors expansion patch, Age Of Mythology etc.

I've always wondered what it would be like to be able to take on or play the World's best.  Well, this guy got a change to do just that and played Fatal1ty 1v1 on Quake 4.

How did he get on?  Well, before the match he boasted to the crowd that Fatal1ty wouldn't get a point.  Not a very smart move......

Building My First PC Was Easy - Everyone Can Do This

One of the projects I've been working on over the Christmas break is building my first PC as my old PC which was over 4 years old started acting up.  It's gone really well and I've run a few tests to compare the performance between the old PC and the new machine and there is no comparison between the two.  I've even managed to do some decent overclocking which wasn't as scary as I thought it would be - more on this later.

I finally settled on the specification below.  My planned PC specification changed a bit at the last minute as I couldn't locate some of the components I planned to buy.

10 Top Games of All Time - What Are Yours?

My last post about playing Doom online got me thinking about what are my Top 10 Games of All Time.  I've been playing computer and video games for most of my 31 years, so my list includes some of the earliest ever games although I'm too young to have played Pong first-hand.

My list covers games I have played from around 1985 to the present day.  Here is my Top 10:

10. Daredevil Dennis - BBC Micro (1985 ext)

Very, very silly game that my friend Rikki and I would play for hours afterschool, even when we had sexier games on our Commodore Amigas
